Setting up a prepaid product where subscribers can add quota chunks (5 GB / 10 GB / 25 GB). Two questions: (1) does CRM support quota that stacks with an active recurring plan or does the recurring have to be paused? (2) can we push a top-up prompt to the Subscriber App when quota drops below 10%?

(1) Yes — quota stacks. Configure the top-up SKU as 'additive' rather than 'replacement' and it adds to the existing balance. (2) Also yes: push templates for 'quota low' are under Notifications → Subscriber App → Automated. You set the threshold; NOS wakes the app with a top-up prompt. We use 15% because 10% caught too many people mid-stream.
