How are the apps distributed?
Field Engineer ships as signed APK + IPA for enterprise MDM distribution. Subscriber App is available as a white-label build for your Play Store / App Store accounts, or as a Progressive Web App.
Can we brand the Subscriber App?
Yes — logo, colours and app-store metadata are all configurable at build time. The Advanced and Enterprise editions include the white-label service.
Do the apps work offline?
The Field Engineer App is offline-first: jobs, forms and photos queue on the device and sync when signal returns. The Subscriber App gracefully degrades — customers can still see cached data if their connection drops.
What about MDM support?
Full support for the common enterprise MDMs — Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, Google Endpoint Management. Signed builds are available on request.
