Information we collect
Directly from you. Name, email, company, country, phone and message body when you fill in a contact, order, download or community-signup form.
Automatically. Basic request logs (IP, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) and cookies you consent to on the banner.
From your Netxol Core or NOS install. None — NOS runs on-premise. Netxol does not receive subscriber data unless you explicitly opt into a support telemetry channel.
Why we process it
- To respond to inbound sales and support requests.
- To issue licenses and fulfil hardware orders.
- To operate the community forum you signed up for.
- To keep the site secure and to measure its performance.
Legal basis
Consent (for analytics and marketing cookies), contract performance (for orders and licenses) and legitimate interest (for security and abuse prevention).
Retention
Contact and order records are kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts, plus the tax-retention period required by law. Community accounts persist until you delete them.
