By using netxol.com or any Netxol product you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our services.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your community credentials and Netxol license keys secure. Tell us at support@netxol.com if you suspect they have been compromised.
Acceptable use
Don't use Netxol products to break the law, harass others, or interfere with the operation of the community or netxol.com itself.
Licenses
NOS, the Netxol One suite and the Companion Apps are licensed under the terms shown at issuance. Community edition is perpetual and free; paid editions are annual and named to the operator on the license.
Warranty and liability
Hardware carries the warranty stated on your order. Software is provided as-is with the SLA of the edition you purchased. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on-page and via email to license holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Netxol Technologies's registered headquarters. Disputes go to the courts there unless a mandatory local law says otherwise.
