Company Overview
Who we are
Netxol Technologies is a product company for Internet Service Providers. Founded in 2024, we design purpose-built Core hardware and the AI-first operating system that runs on it. Every element of our portfolio — the Core appliance line, the NOS operating system, the Netxol One suite of modules, the AI Engine and the Companion Apps — ships together as one integrated platform.
Our mission
Give any ISP — from a small regional operator to a national carrier — a single appliance, a single operating system and a single identity across network, subscribers and business. Replace fifteen consoles per operator with one.

Milestones
- 2024 — A year with operators. Engineering team catalogues the toolchain problem no vendor has solved.
- 2025 — NOS 1.0 (Foundation) ships. NMM + CRM + ERP unified under one identity.
- 2026 H1 — Core hardware line launches — X1, X5, X20 and X100. Same OS across the range.
- 2026 H2 — NOS 1.2 (Aurora) ships — conversational NOC in 24 languages, cluster-aware installer.
Netxol Core — Hardware Line
The Netxol Core appliance is a purpose-built ISP server that boots directly into the Netxol NOS operating system. Every model in the line runs the same OS, so operators can move up in scale without re-migration.
| Model | Form factor | Subscribers (up to) | Aggregate throughput | Target operator |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Netxol Core X1 | 1U rack-mount · redundant PSU | 5,000 | 10 Gbps | Small ISP · single-city |
| Netxol Core X5 | 2U rack-mount · redundant PSU | 50,000 | 40 Gbps | Regional ISP · multi-city |
| Netxol Core X20 | 2U dual-socket · hot-swap NVMe | 200,000 | 300 Gbps | Large operator |
| Netxol Core X100 | 4U per node · 3-node minimum cluster | 500,000+ | Tb/s class | National carrier · multi-tenant |
Design principles
- Carrier-grade EMC compliance (FCC Part 15 Class A · EN 55032/35)
- RoHS 2011/65/EU material compliance
- Hot-swap redundant power supplies on X5 and above
- Same OS across the range — no re-migration when scaling up
- First-year NOS license included with every appliance
NOS — The Operating System
NOS is the Netxol operating system. It runs on every Netxol Core appliance and unifies three worlds that most operators stitch together with brittle scripts: network operations, subscriber lifecycle and business back-office.
What NOS contains
- NMM — Network Management Module (OLT / ONT provisioning, telemetry, alarming)
- CRM — Customer Relationship Module (subscriber lifecycle, tickets, self-serve)
- ERP — Enterprise Resource Planning (billing, GL, tax, procurement, assets)
- AI Engine — bundled AI grounded in the same records (see Section 04)
- Companion Apps — Field Engineer + Subscriber mobile apps (see Section 06)
- Adapter library — SNMP, SSH/CLI, TR-069, TR-369 for multi-vendor OLT/ONT/router
Editions
| Edition | Audience | Scale cap | Licensing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community | Labs, small trials | 500 subscribers | Free, perpetual |
| Standard | Small & regional ISPs | Sized to Core model | Annual subscription |
| Advanced | Large operators, HA setups | Sized to Core model | Annual subscription |
| Enterprise | National carriers, multi-tenant | Contractual (cluster) | Negotiated, TAM included |
Release cadence
Stable releases every quarter. Long-Term Support (LTS) branches every twelve months, backported for two years. Enterprise gets release-candidate access and case-by-case hot-fixes.
Current stable: NOS 1.2 · Aurora. Current LTS: NOS 1.1 · Basalt.
AI Engine
The AI Engine is not a plug-in and not a separate SKU. It ships with every NOS install, sees the same records the operator’s team sees, and — with permission — acts on any part of them.
Capabilities
- Conversational NOC — natural-language queries in 24 languages; operators can ask “who is offline?” and get an answer plus a change ready to approve.
- Auto-fix library — safe, human-in-the-loop resolutions for the most common alarm classes.
- Root-cause analysis — correlates alarms across layers, delivers RCA in seconds not shifts.
- Predictive care — anticipates subscriber issues and drafts proactive outreach.
- Per-tenant AI budgets — multi-tenant operators can meter and cap AI spend per customer.
Data handling
All AI inference happens on the operator’s own Core appliance by default. No subscriber data leaves the rack unless an opt-in telemetry channel is enabled by an operator administrator. Model prompts, responses and audit trails are logged in the operator’s local audit database.
Netxol One Suite
Netxol One is the branded name for the unified NMM + CRM + ERP suite that ships with NOS. Instead of stitching three vendors together, One presents a single identity, a single audit trail and a single browser tab across the whole operator.
Modules
- NMM (Network Management) — Multi-vendor OLT / ONT / router provisioning, TR-069 & TR-369 ACS, RADIUS, telemetry, alarming, topology.
- CRM (Customer Relationship) — Subscriber records, tickets, campaigns, self-serve portal, notification templates.
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) — Billing (monthly, prepaid, hybrid, corporate), GL, multi-currency, tax, procurement, inventory, asset tracking.
Cross-module benefits
- One SSO, one role-based access model across all three modules
- Shared audit log — a care agent instantly sees the network signal and last invoice
- No cross-module data migration, ever
- One backup schedule for the whole operator
Companion Apps
Two mobile companion apps ship with every Netxol Core — one for the field engineer on the pole, one for the subscriber in the pocket.
Field Engineer App
- Work-order dispatch and completion
- GIS mapping of the outside plant
- On-site OLT/ONT testing, signal-strength readouts
- Offline-first — syncs when back in coverage
- Available for Android and iOS
Subscriber App
- Self-serve billing, plan changes, invoice history
- Care chat that opens against the AI first
- Speed tests and outage checks
- Push notifications for outages, invoices, plan changes
- Fully white-labelled with the operator’s brand

Privacy Policy
Data collection
Netxol Technologies collects the minimum data required to deliver the product and support requested by the customer. Marketing website analytics use privacy-friendly first-party counters; no subscriber data from any deployed Netxol Core is ever sent to Netxol servers unless the operator explicitly opts in to a support telemetry channel.
On-premise by design
Every Netxol Core deployment stores subscriber records, RADIUS credentials, invoices, tickets and audit logs on the operator’s own rack. Backups go to the operator’s object store of choice. Sovereignty is the default; there is no hidden data-collection path.
Rights
Individuals whose personal data Netxol Technologies (as a controller) processes — job applicants, sales contacts, community members — may request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@netxol.com.
The full Privacy Policy is published at netxol.com/privacy.
Terms of Service
License grant
Netxol grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Netxol Core appliance and the accompanying NOS operating system, scoped to the edition purchased and the subscriber cap on the corresponding license key.
Warranties
Hardware carries a three-year return-to-base warranty against manufacturing defects. Software is provided under the edition-specific SLA. Enterprise editions include a Technical Account Manager and contractually-committed response times.
Limitation of liability
Netxol’s aggregate liability under any purchase contract is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected product in the twelve months preceding the incident. No party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach on 30 days’ written notice if the breach is not cured within the notice period. On termination, the operator retains all subscriber data stored on their Netxol Core; Netxol retains no copy.
The full Terms of Service are published at netxol.com/terms.
Trademark Notice
“Netxol”, “Netxol Core”, “NOS”, “Netxol One” and the Netxol “N” mark are trademarks of Netxol Technologies. All rights reserved.
Third-party marks (including OLT/ONT vendor names, operating-system components and integration partners) are the property of their respective owners and are used in nominative “we integrate with” sense only. Their use on Netxol materials does not imply endorsement.
The full Trademark Notice is published at netxol.com/trademarks.
License Terms
NOS licensing model
One license key per Core appliance, tied to the operator. The key controls the NOS edition, the subscriber cap and the AI budget. Moving up an edition requires a new key — no re-migration, no data loss.
- Community edition: free forever, capped at 500 subscribers.
- Standard, Advanced, Enterprise: annual subscription, sized to the Core model or negotiated for cluster deployments.
- First-year Standard license is included with every purchased Core appliance.
Third-party open-source components
NOS is built on top of a curated set of open-source projects (Linux kernel, PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx and others). Each component is used under its own license (predominantly MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD or GPL). A complete Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) accompanies every NOS release image and is published at netxol.com/downloads under each build.
License-key format
Every Netxol license key follows the shape NETXOL-<PRODUCT>-<YEAR>-<CHECKSUM>-<RANDOM>. Keys can be verified at the license portal at netxol.com/support/license.
