About Netxol Technologies

We build the box and the operating system that run modern ISPs.

Netxol Technologies is a product company. We design the Core appliance an ISP racks in-network, and the operating system it boots into. Everything else — the AI, the modules, the apps — comes with the operating system.

What we believe

Four principles the whole company is built around.

These aren't posters on a wall. They're the trade-offs we make on every release, every quote and every deployment.

Product-first

We ship a box and an operating system — not slideware. Every road-map item has a version, a release note and a public trace.

AI included, not upsold

The AI Engine is part of NOS. No add-on invoice, no separate SKU, no "please contact sales" for the useful bits.

One console, one team

We build for operators of three seats and operators of three thousand — every account signs into the same appliance.

On-premise by design

Subscriber data stays on your rack unless you choose to move it. Sovereignty is the default, not a checkbox.

Compliance & safety

Certified for the rack it lives in.

Every Core is designed against the electromagnetic-compatibility and hazardous-substance rules that carrier-grade racks demand. Third-party lab reports cover FCC Part 15 emissions, EU EN 55032/35 and RoHS material limits — the full report pack is available for every SKU on request. It's what lets a national carrier's procurement team say yes without a six-month back-and-forth.

  • RoHS 2011/65/EU material compliance
  • ISO 9001 quality management
  • ISO/IEC 27001 information security

How we got here

A year with the operators. Then a product.

Netxol did not start with a demo. It started with an engineering team spending a year with regional and national ISPs, watching an operations shift, sitting in a NOC, riding along on a splice job. The toolchain problem was the same every visit: fifteen consoles, no shared identity, no shared audit trail. Then we built the Core, and the operating system that runs on it.

  • Product-first: a box and an OS, not a services engagement
  • AI-included: no separate SKU for the useful bits
  • Every road-map item ships in a signed, versioned release
  • Every subscriber row stays on the operator's own rack

Timeline

A short company history.

From the first customer interview to today — every release is signed, versioned and publicly changelogged.

2024 · The idea

An engineering team spends a year with regional ISPs, cataloguing the toolchain problem no vendor has solved: fifteen consoles per operator.

2025 · NOS 1.0 · Foundation

First release ships. Unified NMM + CRM + ERP under one identity, one audit trail, one browser tab.

2026 H1 · Core hardware line

The X1, X5, X20 and X100 appliances ship. Same OS across the range; operators can move up without re-migration.

2026 H2 · NOS 1.2 · Aurora

Conversational NOC in 24 languages, cluster-aware installer for X100, and a public community forum.

Why operators pick us

We stopped stitching four vendors together. One appliance, one login, one team owns it end-to-end. That's the difference — not the checkbox on the datasheet.
