NetXol
Netxol One · The Suite

Three modules. One data layer. One product.

Netxol One is the built-in suite inside NOS. NMM runs the network, CRM runs the subscribers, ERP runs the business — but they share one database, one identity and one audit trail. No integration to build.

  • Included on every Core
  • 3-in-1 licensing
  • Cross-module workflows
  • No integration glue

What Netxol One replaces

Fifteen consoles, collapsed into three modules.

Every operator we visit runs the same shape: a monitoring tool, an ACS, a RADIUS box, a CRM, a helpdesk, a billing system, an ERP, a GIS. Netxol One replaces the shape.

Every network vendor, one console

Retire vendor-specific NMS and ACS consoles. Adapters ship for Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, Cisco, Juniper and more.

Every subscriber, one record

Lead → onboarding → billing → care → renewal on the same identity, visible to every seat.

Every part of the business, one ledger

Finance, inventory, procurement and workforce — bound to the same subscribers and network events.

NMM · Network Management

Every OLT, ONT and router — on one console.

NMM is the network half of Netxol One. It discovers your equipment, provisions new subscribers, watches every fibre, and closes the loop when something breaks — all inside NOS, all under one identity.

  • Cut mean-time-to-repair by up to 70%
  • Provision thousands of ONTs a week — with zero technician touches
  • Retire vendor-specific NMS consoles
  • Know your network state without leaving the browser

NMM capabilities

Everything the network module carries.

Zero-touch provisioning

Ship an ONT to a subscriber, watch it phone home to the ACS, and NMM configures it against the plan you chose. TR-069, TR-369, DHCP option 82 — supported out of the box.

Live monitoring & telemetry

SNMP, NetFlow, IPFIX, sFlow, LLDP topology — collected and correlated so an outage always has a name and a location.

Fault management & auto-fix

Alarms de-duplicate, root-cause themselves, and — where safe — resolve without waking anyone.

Performance analytics

Per-POP, per-OLT and per-plan SLAs, tracked continuously and reported to whoever needs to see them.

RADIUS & AAA

A production-grade RADIUS/AAA server built into NOS. PPPoE, IPoE, EAP-TLS. No FreeRADIUS admin PhD required.

Multi-vendor by design

Adapters for Huawei, ZTE, CDATA, V-SOL, BDCOM, FiberHome, Nokia, MikroTik, Cisco and Juniper — with more shipped every release.

CRM · Subscribers & customer care

Every subscriber, every touchpoint — under one roof.

CRM is the subscribers-and-support half. From the moment a lead lands on your site to the day a customer renews for the fifth year, every interaction is captured on the same record — visible to sales, care and billing at the same time.

  • Reduce inbound call volume by up to 40%
  • Collect first payment before an installation ends
  • See a customer’s network, billing and history on one screen
  • Cut churn with proactive, data-driven outreach

CRM capabilities

Everything the subscriber module carries.

Lead-to-subscriber lifecycle

Capture leads from the site, the Subscriber App or an on-street sale — and walk them through onboarding without a spreadsheet in sight.

Subscriber billing

Monthly, prepaid, hybrid, corporate contract — priced with metered add-ons and paid through your local gateways.

Care & ticketing

A helpdesk that already knows the customer’s ONT signal, last invoice and open work order the moment they call.

AI first-line support

The AI Engine answers common tickets in-app or over voice — and hands off to a human only when it should.

Subscriber App

A branded mobile app for pay, plan changes, speed tests and outage transparency. White-labelled to your operator identity.

Retention analytics

Churn prediction, plan-uplift suggestions and satisfaction scoring, straight out of the box.

ERP · Business & operations

Run the business behind the network.

ERP is the operator’s back office. Finance, inventory, field workforce, procurement and reporting — all bound to the same subscribers and the same network events, so your numbers reconcile themselves.

  • Reconcile network events, invoices and inventory automatically
  • Cut truck-roll costs by up to 30%
  • Close accounting months in a week, not a month
  • Give leadership a live view of the business

Finance & accounting

General ledger, tax handling, multi-currency and audit-clean reporting for growing operators.

Inventory & assets

Track every ONT, splitter, drum and van from procurement to decommission.

Field workforce & GIS

Dispatch, route and close work orders — with a GIS view your ops team actually opens.

Procurement & vendors

RFQs, POs and receiving — bound to the same catalogue your inventory reads from.

Operational reporting

Regulator-friendly reports, board packs, and boardroom dashboards from one dataset.

Field Engineer App

Every field technician gets a job board, GPS routing, and in-app testing on their phone.

Works with what you already run

One suite. Every vendor you own.
No rip-and-replace.

NMM talks to Huawei, ZTE, CDATA, Nokia, MikroTik, Cisco and more. CRM plugs into your existing payment gateway. ERP feeds your GL — pick your accounting system. Netxol One meets your stack where it is.

Customer story

The single-database claim is the whole game. A care agent sees signal, billing and open work orders at the same time — the customer never has to explain twice.

FAQ

Questions we get on the first call.

Do I have to activate every module?

No — you can license the whole suite or just one module (NMM, CRM or ERP). The other modules are still installed on the Core but stay inactive until you decide.

What does "one data layer" actually mean?

A single database and a single identity model for every module. A ticket in NMM, an invoice in ERP and a call in CRM all reference the same customer, the same OLT and the same audit log — no synchronisation and no glue code.

Can we migrate from an existing NMS/CRM/ERP?

Yes. Every paid edition includes a scoped migration with matching data mappings and a cut-over window. Standard fits most one-module moves; Advanced handles multi-module migrations.

How does upgrading a module work?

A single license key controls scope. Move from NMM-only to the full suite by entering a new key — nothing to migrate, no downtime.

Ready when you are

Three modules. One product. One license.

Configure a Core and pick your license scope. Full suite by default, single module if that fits better — upgrade any time.
