What are cookies?
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to remember. On netxol.com they let us keep you signed in to the community, remember your consent choices, and (if you allow it) measure how the site is used so we can improve it.
Three categories
We group cookies into three categories. Only Strictly necessary runs without your consent — the other two need your explicit opt-in from the banner on your first visit.
1. Strictly necessary
These make the site work: keeping you signed in to the community forum, storing your consent decision, protecting form submissions. Without them essential features fail. You cannot turn them off — they don’t track you.
2. Analytics
Anonymous, aggregated usage — which pages are hit, how long they load, which searches return nothing. We use it to remove friction, not to build a profile of you. Off by default.
3. Marketing
Measurement of ad campaigns so we know which ones are worth running. Also off by default; nothing is loaded until you say yes.
Changing your mind
Clear the netxol_consent_v2 entry in your browser’s local storage — the banner will re-appear on your next visit.
Third parties
netxol.com does not embed third-party trackers by default. Where a specific page loads an outside asset (a Vimeo demo, a YouTube video, a slide deck), the page will say so and honour your consent preferences before loading it.
