NOS 1.2 · Aurora is now generally available. Highlights: conversational NOC in 24 languages, cluster-aware installer for Core X100, per-tenant AI budget controls, and signed Subscriber App builds for iOS and Android stores. Upgrade docs are up in /docs — TL;DR if you're on 1.1 LTS you can hop straight to 1.2 without a fresh install. Please drop upgrade reports and any bugs in this thread.

Upgraded our X5 last weekend — clean, took 12 minutes end-to-end. Voice NOC in Spanish is a game-changer for our Madrid overnight shift. One minor thing: the changelog links inside the release notes UI 404 on a couple of tickets, seems like a copy paste from staging.

+1 for the smoothness of the upgrade. We went from 1.1.5 straight to 1.2.0 on an X20 (multi-tenant, 3 tenants) and the per-tenant AI budgets work exactly as advertised. Highly recommend flipping them on before you enable a broad prompt library.

Question — is there a way to disable the conversational NOC console entirely for staff who shouldn't see it? Our care agents don't need it and it's a bit of a distraction in their sidebar.

Sara — yes, look at Settings → Roles → AI Access. Uncheck 'Conversational NOC' for the care role and the sidebar entry disappears for those users on next login. We did the same.
