Netxol
One OS · One identity

NMM, CRM and ERP — one operating system, controlled by Agentic AI.

NOS is not four products bolted together. It is one platform where every module — network, customers, business — shares the same data, the same identity and the same AI that can act on any of it.

One truth, no reconciliation.

Every subscriber event, alarm and invoice lives in the same database. No exports. No CSV bridges. Nothing to keep in sync.

The AI doesn't just answer — it acts.

Under your policy, the Netxol AI reprovisions ONTs, credits invoices, opens tickets and applies routing changes. Every action carries a signed audit trail.

Retire four vendor licences on day one.

NMM + CRM + ERP + ACS in one platform. Your NMS, billing tool, ticketing system and TR-069 server all get switched off — under budget by design.

Runs in your rack, not someone else's cloud.

NOS lives on your Netxol Core. Subscriber data never crosses the public internet unless you replicate it — on-premise by architecture, not by promise.

Open standards, scored openly

68 standards audited. 91% implemented. Gaps published.

Netxol One speaks the protocols you already run — TR-069 and TR-369 USP for customer routers, RADIUS with RadSec and RADIUS/1.1 for subscribers, NETCONF and gNMI for the network — and exposes 22 TM Forum Open APIs on live data. We audit ourselves against 68 standards and publish the result, gaps included.

AI is not an add-on

The intelligence lives inside the operating system.

NOS reads every network and subscriber record your team sees. When you're ready, the Netxol AI acts on them — with citations, permissions, and a full audit trail.

Conversational NOC

Ask NOS anything, in plain language.

Speak to your operations layer the way you'd brief a senior engineer. NOS reads the same telemetry your team sees and answers with citations back to source records.

Netxol One — Frequently asked

What buyers and integrators ask first.

What is Netxol One?

Netxol One is the AI Operating System for ISPs and WISPs: network, routers, RADIUS, billing, CRM and ERP in one platform, installed on-premise at the ISP. Netxol AI sees 29 live data sources and acts only after a role-scoped approval.

Which open standards does Netxol One implement?

68 standards audited in code; 91% of the Netxol Core Standards Baseline implemented today. Full implementations include TR-069, TR-369 USP, TR-181, TR-143 and TR-471, RADIUS with RadSec (RFC 6614) and RADIUS/1.1 (RFC 9765), NETCONF, YANG, RESTCONF, gNMI/OpenConfig, SNMPv3, Syslog RFC 5424, IPFIX, 22 TM Forum Open APIs, OpenAPI 3.1, AsyncAPI 3.1, Standard Webhooks, OAuth 2, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP and SCIM 2.0.

Where is subscriber data stored?

On the ISP’s own servers. Netxol One is installed on-premise, so subscriber records, RADIUS sessions and invoices stay in the ISP’s data centre. Netxol staff access is limited to the support sessions you approve — 30 minutes, read-only by default, audited on both sides.

Which languages does the platform support?

The console, documents, invoices and Netxol AI run in English, Spanish, Italian and Arabic (right-to-left). Netxol AI accepts input by typing or by voice in those same four languages.

Is Netxol One ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?

Not yet. Netxol One’s controls are mapped to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A, the AICPA Trust Services Criteria, ISO 22301 and ISO/IEC 42001 — these documents prepare for an audit, they are not a certificate. We will publish certificates here when accredited auditors issue them. The security pack is available under NDA.

Can we migrate from GenieACS, LibreNMS, Splynx or Zabbix?

Yes. Netxol engineers plan a controlled cut-over with you — routers inform the new ACS, OLT adapters discover the fibre plant, RADIUS sessions sync, and billing is reconciled against the previous ledger before go-live.
